PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay supervisory control system of a client server data transmission relay system which realizes the suppression of supervisory traffic, the distributed management of relay information and quick data transmission between a server and a client. SOLUTION: Every server is provided with a supervising means 60 of the operation state of a self-server, a managing means 70 of alternate information of the self-server and a communication controlling means 80 which can exchange information with a supervising means of other servers. The means 60 notifies alternate server information to the means 80 of a downstream node based on the operation state of a server, and the means 80 of the downstream preliminarily changes a connection destination to an alternate server. At the time of a data offer request, the means 80 of the downstream replaces a connection destination of the downstream node with the alternate server that is acquired from the means 60 of a server of the connection destination and performs re-data offer request only when the operation of the server of the connection destination is abnormal.
