PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly provide individual information needed for adequate and speedy first-aid activity and restoration activity in case of a disaster by connecting an input terminal to an individual information registration device and enciphering and providing individual information registered in the individual information registration device for specific persons in case of a disaster. SOLUTION: When no disaster is taking place, individual information such as medical information is inputted by utilizing input terminals 1a to 1c. The input terminals 1a to 1c encipher and send the inputted individual information to an information registration server 2. If a disaster takes place, specific persons who are qualified for using the individual information use the input terminals 1a to 1c to make requests to provide the individual information. Through the input terminals 1a to 1c, the information server 2 is requested to provide the individual information at the requests made by the specific persons. The information registration server 2 when confirming that the persons requesting the individual information of the server are specific provides the registered individual information for the input terminals 1a to 1c. |
