PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter with good pulling-up force for a long time without a defect in closing at a disconnecting part, by pulling up a shutter plate without an energizing spring. SOLUTION: Shutter plates 3a and 3b are provided in front of a disconnecting part 22 that are connected or separated by movement of a disconnecting switch 1. The shutter plates 3a and 3b are moved downward by a link mechanism 4 for linking the switch movement to the disconnecting part 22 mechanically when the disconnecting switch 1 is pushed down. The link mechanism 4 has a downward link 42 as a weight for energizing the shutter plates 3a and 3b upward by its dead weight. When the disconnecting switch 1 is drawing out, the link mechanism 4 is operated by the dead weight of the downward link 42, and the shutter plates 3a and 3b are pulled up to close the disconnecting part 22. |
