PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a checking device with which mold burr is not recognized incorrectly as lead burr. SOLUTION: A storage device in an image processor 24 stores mutually different plural environment conditions. Under the respective environment conditions, the (multilevel) image of an IC 21 is fetched by a camera 22. Besides, plural input images are composited and based on this composition image, the lead burr of the IC is detected. The composition of input images can be performed after or before binarization as well. These plural environment conditions are prepared by an illuminating device 23 having plural light sources capable of setting luminance under remote control. |
