<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain incinerated ash recyclable in many fields by dividing an exhaust gas precipitator into two stages for high and low temperatures, installing the stages, and holding at a specific temperature in the high temperature precipitator to take out incinerated ash of low chlorine content. SOLUTION: A fluidized bed 2 is maintained at 850 to 900 deg.C the and free board 3 of an incinerating furnace 1 is maintained at 950 to 1100 deg.C while supplying papermaking sludge A to the fluidized-bed furnace 1. As a high temperature precipitator 4, the cyclone type precipitator 4 maintained at 950 to 1100 deg.C, is used. Chlorine content of incinerated ash 5 taken out from the precipitator 4 is preferably 0.05 wt.% or less. With such a constitution, chlorine content in the sludge A is condensed to incinerated ash 7 recovered from a bag filter 6 of a low temperature precipitator, and taken out of a system. Meanwhile, incinerated ash 5 of low chlorine content recyclable in various fields is obtained from the precipitator 4. Further, exhaust gas 9 satisfies an exhaust gas reference. Hence, the gas 9 can be exhausted into the atmosphere as it is.</p> |
