PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly evaluate administration effect by setting a process wherein an antagonist is administered to a body to be tested, a visual stimulus is applied and a change amount of a blood flow rate is measured, and a process wherein a neurergic drug to be tested is administered further to the body to be tested, a visual stimulus is applied, and a change amount of the blood flow rate is measured. SOLUTION: In a process S1, a blocker (antagonist) to a specific nerve system is administered to a body to be tested, thereby deriving a change to a brain of the body to be tested because of an action of the antagonist. In a process S2, a first visual stimulus as a visual stimulus is applied in the state. In a process S3, a change amount of a cerebral blood flow (γCBF) before the stimulus is applied and theγCBF after the stimulus is applied is measured. In a process S4, a neurergic drug to be evaluated is administered to the body to be tested. A second visual stimulus is applied in a process S5, and the change amount of theγCBFs before and after the stimulus is applied is measured in a process S6. The change amounts are compared in a process S7, whereby an effect of the neurergic drug to recover theγCBF suppressed by the antagonist is judged. The neurergic drug can thus be evaluated.
