SOLUTION: This system is constituted so as to output gate opening signals and to open an entrance gate arm 1A so as to permit the entrance of the vehicle MC when the parking ticket TC is pulled out from a parking ticket issuing machine 2. In this case, even when a second detection sensor provided right below the entrance gate arm 1A is changed from ON to OFF after the gate opening signals are outputted, control is performed so as not to immediately close the entrance gate arm 1A. |
