PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To most suitably operate and adjust a commercial electric power system, by reflecting expected selling electric power and expected receiving electric power of a consumer. SOLUTION: A plurality of terminal equipments which are installed for every consumer H having power generation equipment are connected with a load- dispatching office 21 via a communication line NWa. The respective consumers H can sell surplus electric power to a commercial electric power system PL as selling electric power. The load-dispatching office 21 outputs an operation command D5 for most suitably operating the commercial electric power system PL, by considering expected electric power operation data D4, D4... from the respective consumers H which are transmitted through the communication line NWa. |
