PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve terminating traffic and transmission efficiency in a mobile station equipment. SOLUTION: A radio base station equipment 3 groups mobile station equipments 1 based on a number specific to each mobile station equipment 1 coupled with the base station 3 through a radio wave and sends a paging signal to call the specific mobile station equipment 1 for each group. Thus, a radio section of the mobile station equipment 1 is operated intermittently to allow the radio base station equipment 3 to send a paging signal repetitively within a preset time.
