<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection part excellent in waterproof property, by forming a clearance between wires close to the connection part after terminals of the wires are connected to each other, and collectively covering the wires at the connection parts and the clearance part with the sealant to surely prevent water from coming into the clearance between the wires. SOLUTION: Terminal parts of a plurality of wires 10 are lapped on each other, and collectively connected with a plurality of sleeves to form a connection part 15. Wires 10 close to the connection part 15 are bent at the angle of approximately 90 deg., and bent tip sides of the bent wires 10 are bundled with a tape 18. When the bent wires 10 are returned to the original straight condition, the wires 10 located outside are in the bulged condition, while the wires located inside are in the straight condition, and a clearance is generated between the wires 10. The wires 10 are inserted in the sealant 30 to surely fill the sealant 30 in the clearance between the wires 10. Water ingress from coming into the clearance between the wires 10 can surely be prevented, and the connection part excellent in waterproof propety can be obtained.</p> |
