PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous oscillation circuit for locking an exact oscillation frequency, based on a base pulse source without being affected by external noises. SOLUTION: A synchronous oscillation circuit 30 oscillates an output pulse signal 34 with an input pulse signal 32 as a reference, and a phase comparator 36 is provided for comparing the phase of the input pulse signal 32 with that of the output pulse signal 34, in response to the rising or falling edge of the output pulse signal 34. Based on the compared result of this phase comparator 36, the output pulse signal 34 is locked by a K counter 38, an I/D counter 40, and an N counter 42 while having it follow up the input pulse signal 32. |
