PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information card capable of improving the productivity of the production system and improving the quality of a product, the reader- writer and a production system using them. SOLUTION: This information card 10 is provided with a card main body and the plural pieces of optical communication interface parts 1 and 3 respectively provided on different surfaces among the plural pieces of the surfaces. This reader-writer is provided with a case body provided with the plural pieces of the surfaces respectively worked into a prescribed shape, a reader-writer main body substrate provided with the plural pieces of connectors provided on positions corresponding to the surfaces and a user interface substrate provided with a user interface part capable of being joined with the reader-writer main body substrate through the optional one of the connectors. Also, a user interface unit and an optical communication unit can be turned to different bodies.
