<p>Presetting arrangement (1) of the seating adjuster (2) for a vehicle headlight, in which the seating adjuster (2) is located in axial sliding position in a cylindrical seat (16) defined by an envelope (15) and which has on its outer lateral surface (7) a threaded portion (9), able to receive in screw-like manner a threaded ring (30) freely inserted inside a cylindrical stop (25) of the envelope (15) and cooperating by bearing on an axial shoulder (26) thereof, and a non-threaded portion (11) from which a stop tooth (10) extends radially in overhang, to engage in an axial opening (23) recessed in an internal radial lateral surface (22) of the envelope (15); the threaded ring (30) has a toothed sloping flank (32) able to engage with a pinion (31): reacting upon the pinion (31) the toothed and threaded ring (30) is rotated on the corresponding threaded portion (9) of the seating adjuster (2); the stop tooth (10) engaging in the opening (23) prevents the rotation of the dynamic adjuster (2), allowing however an axial sliding between the seat (16), in the direction determined by the rotation imparted to the pinion (31). In that manner, the arrangement (1) allows the presetting of the dynamic seat adjuster (2) to compensate manufacturing and installation clearance, without making use of the adjuster setting feature. <IMAGE></p> |
