PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make large the spring constant of a flange rubber part while restraining the interference with another parts by protruding an inner end side to the radial-inside too from one axial end of anouter cylinder while the outer diameter of an outer cylinder flange formed on the radial outer side. SOLUTION: An outer cylinder 3 is formed cylindrical of SPH material or the like with the thickness of plate being 1.2-1.3 mm, and provided with a straight pipe shaped cylindrical part 11 and an outer cylindrical flange 4 which is protruded by bending an axial end of the cylinder 3 by the application of pressing work or the like while whose protruding end 12 is folded back to the outside in the radial direction so as to be formed in a substantially figure 7 form. The projection amount of the end 12 is determined according to the outer diameter of the flange 4, the radial thickness of a rubber cylindrical part 14 of a rubber-like elastic body 5 and spring characteristics required for a vehicle. Accordingly, the contact area with a flange rubber pat can be made large and a spring constant is increased while the outer diameter of outer cylinder flange is remained as it is. |
