PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aerobic digesting actuation in first feces by providing a means for generating radial heat inside a room in order to generate a convection from the neighborhood of a room floor to a drain pipe and inclining an exit from a toilet bowl from the neighborhood of the toilet bowl seat in order to execute opening. SOLUTION: The lower part of a room 2 is embedded underground, the toilet bowl 3 is arranged in the upper part of the room and a wind turbin 6 is arranged in the upper end part of the drain pipe being the black plastic one 5 with an oval or circular cross section. When the pipe 5 is exposed to the sun, radial heat is generated inside a discharge passage so as to generated an upward gas flow from the room 2 to the air. The exit from the toilet bowl 3 is held in a normally clogged state by a pivotally supported clogging plate 12, an extending part 14 is connected to a rod 15 and the rod 15 is connected to an operation hangle 16. Besides, the plate 12 is constituted so as to be moved to an open position when pressure is actuated in the seat of the toilet bowl 3 and the movement of a blade 17 pushes away the piled feces to the lower part of a tray 19.
