PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely and simply prevent an optical axis from going out of alignment after it is adjusted. SOLUTION: A cover 3 is fixed to the mounting boss 100 of a lamp housing 10 and the hexagonal head 21 of the operating part of an adjusting screw 2 is covered by the cover 3. There is no fear that the hexagonal head 21 is turned accidentally by a hit of a tool or the like after an optical axis is adjusted and hence the adjusted optical axis goes out of alignment. The optical axis can be surely and simply prevented from going out of alignment after it is adjusted only by fixing the cover 3 covering the hexagonal head 21 of the adjusting screw 2 to the mounting boss too.
