PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating composition for forming a coating film exhibiting excellent flaw resistance for scarcely damaging such as handling damage or flaw at the time of working and assembling by incorporating excellent workability for scarcely damaging such as crack of the film even in the case of severely molding and working. SOLUTION: The coating composition comprises 1 to 5 wt.% of polyester compound having a chemical structure represented by a formula in total solid content of the composition, polyvinylidene fluoride resin and acrylic resin in such a manner that the total sum of the respective compounds is 40 wt.% or more of the overall solid content of the composition. The composition is adapted to the precoating steel sheet and the like.
