FIELD: mechanical engineering; packing. SUBSTANCE: proposed device has stopper with elongated part arranged lower than tear-off belt and fixing member for rigid connection of stopper with vessel neck. Fixing member is made in form of transparent pocket formed around vessel neck integral with the latter. Pocket is designed for accommodating elongated part of stopper. Fixing member can be made in from of yoke whose ends form nondetachable connection with opposite walls of vessel neck. Yoke horizontal member is made for interference fitting onto outer surface of stopper. Fixing member can also be made for spot welding of stopper elongated part to vessel material.
