A spring(4) is provided between the gearshift lug(3) and engine gearbox unit(11), and is supported on one side on the base of a retaining plate(5) attached to the gearbox unit, and on the other side supported on the underside of the gearshift lug. The gearshift lever(1) and mounting(2) are fastened to the floor of the driver's cab(7), and the gearshift lug is installed on the gearbox unit. The respective edges(9,10) of the retaining plate and underside of the gearshift lug are interconnected by a bellows(6).
