PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of the input for a discount time zone charge on a user side, by a method wherein charge information in relation to a season and a time zone is inputted on an energy supply side and transmitted to an apparatus control unit in the home of the user through a communication unit, and a discount charge time zone operation is commanded on the user side to operate an apparatus automatically. SOLUTION: Information concerning a charge system in relation to a season and a time zone, etc., is stored in a charge information memory unit 101 in an apparatus control system 100. If a user inputs the command of a charge indication from an input unit 203, a control unit 205 calls power charge information out of the charge information memory unit 101 through a 2nd communication unit 202 and a 1st communication unit 201, and indicates it on an indication unit 206. In accordance with the indication, the user selects an apparatus, etc., which he wants to operate in a discount charge time zone. In accordance with the setting information, the control unit 205 refers to a time table for charges in relation to a season and a time zone to operate the apparatus. With this constitution, an apparatus can be operated by utilizing the discount time zone while the setting of the discount time zone by the user is not necessary. |
