PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate changeover between function screens and to cope with the change of functions as well. SOLUTION: An event handling means 4 selects common processing information and individual processing information among generated event information. A common event processing means 5 fetches the common processing information and outputs a common processing request, an individual event processing means 6 is provided for the respective events of the individual processing information and outputs an individual processing request, and a transaction processing means 8 extracts process data corresponding to respective requests from a process data file 21. A screen processing means 7 prepares display data corresponding to the respective requests and displays the function screen of an input display device 1 to which the extracted process data are added.
