PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability and the durability of a fluid detecting part and to reduce the cost of the fluid detecting part. SOLUTION: The controller 9 of a bath system 1 is provided, adding to the combustion control part 9a controlling the quantity of combustion of a burner 8a, with a rising temperature detecting part 9c detecting the temperature riseΔT of the fluid heated by a heat exchanger 7, a load detecting part 9b detecting the load current Ix of a circulating pump 6 and a circulation detecting part 9d judging whether the circulation of the fluid is normal or not referring the value of load of the circulating pump 6 and the temperature rise of the fluid to the predetermined values, and in case the circulation of the fluid is judged to be not normal, the combustion control part 9a inhibits the combustion.
