PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system whose response is improved by providing many slots set in advance to avoid collision in the case that plural and optional slave stations transmit to a master station at a time and solving a conventional problem of deteriorated response due to increased radio transmission slots. SOLUTION: A 1st slave station 15 which is going to make transmission calculates a transmission slot number based on an instruction of an optinal divisor and a slot number from a master station 11 and makes the transmission at the calculated slot location. In the case of occurrence of re-collision, the master station 11 changes the divisor immediately and the slave station calculates the slot location again and makes transmission so as to reduce number of unused transmission slots and to improve the response.
