<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily recove a neck part by providing a separator having a movable part to break the neck part, a recovery receptacle recovering the neck part, and a suction part which provides a cylindrical part of the separator with suction. SOLUTION: A vacuum suction 110 is driven, and suction is initiated from a cylindrical part 63 of the separator 60 through a recovery receptacle 80 and a pipe 70. After the suction initiation, a rod of an air cylinder is extended, the cylindrical part 63 is rotated clockwise, then the neck part 1c is broken and separated into the inside of the cylindrical part 63 and near the junction of a funnel. The neck part 1c and bits of glass are sucked from the cylindrical part 63 of the separator 60, and recovered into the recovery receptacle 80 through the pipe 70. When a good deal of them are recovered, two pressure parts 93 are pulled upward, a lid 84 is detached from a drum 82, then the neck part 1c is recovered by moving per this drum 82. Thus, the fragments of glass generated at the breakage and the neck part 1c can be recovered simultaneously.</p> |
