PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a terminal by utilizing a display device provided with a large screen to be used by a shop clerk at all times in a POS terminal or the like. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a unidirectional torque clutch 7 for rotating a display device 2 provided with a large display part 3 for shop clerks around a horizontal shaft 6 on a terminal main body 1 and selectively positioning it to a housing position P1 to be folded at the time of nonuse, or a customer service position P2 for turning the display part 3 to a shop clerk side or a suspension position P3 for turning it to a customer side. At the suspension position P3, by turning the display part 3 to the customer side and using it as a medium for the respective kinds of guides and advertisements, the display device 2 is utilized at all times and the terminal is effectively utilized. In this case, the display device 2 may be rotated around a vertical shaft.
