PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operation efficiency of input of a large amount of control statements by converting input and output files in column units to row units which can be inputted, embedding error information on input and output processing at corresponding column positions of the input and output files in the column units, and returning them. SOLUTION: Individual input information is inputted for every column by using spread sheet software (S11) to generate input and output files in column units, which are converted into control statement input form files characteristic of a computer system (S12). The converted files are inputted to the computer system (S13) to check whether or not there is an error (S14). Then if an error is generated, its error information is embedded in the input and output files in the column units at the corresponding position to generate a file for correction S15), and the file for correction is inputted to the spread sheet software to correct the error (S16). |
