<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the wiring soldering to improve the wiring simplicity and circuit reliability, by contg. diodes in leads, eliminating the diode mounting space and using compression welding terminals for connections. SOLUTION: A wirings 4 with built-in diodes each contain two p-n junction diodes 7 having combined crystals of p-type and n-type semiconductors 5, 6, disposed with equal spacings L. In the circuit action aspect, a current 8 can be flowed only forwards with a voltage applied to the diodes 7 contained in the lead 4 and hence backward current can be blocked. This eliminates the diode-mounting lug board and mounting space as well. If using compression welding terminals for connections, it can be secured by screws to the terminals of a relay socket, this simplifying the wiring, eliminating troubles due to poor soldering, and improving the circuit reliability.</p> |
