PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the library retrieval and the editing processing of a retrieved library program, and to efficiently utilize the accumulated library programs by making programs which are generally used, to be common by the introduction of a reference parameter, registering them in a library, specifying the reference parameter and uniting the program. SOLUTION: A control means 121 makes programs which are generally used in PC 101, to be common by incorporating the reference parameter into the program and registers them in a library part 124. A comment on the reference parameter is automatically added to it. The pertinent program is retrieved and extracted from the library part 124 based on the instruction of a user. The reference parameter in the retrieved/extracted program is specified. The program where the reference parameter is specified is inserted based on the instruction of the user. To put it concretely, a micro processor realizes the processing. |
