<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector which facilitates the branching of a wiring harness and the taking-out of the branch part and, furthermore, ensures high strength, with a simple construction. SOLUTION: A protector consists of a gutter-shaped protector main part 1, in which the trunk part of a wiring harness is contained and a U-shaped cover 2, which is put on the protector main part 1. Cut parts 1a and 1a' are formed in the sidewalls 1b and 1b' of the protector main part 1 for taking out the branch parts of the wiring harness. Gutter-shaped taking-out parts 3 are formed on the cut parts so as to protrude from the sidewalls of the protector main part, and U-shaped protective parts 4 which protect the taking-out parts are formed so as to protrude from the sidewalls 2b and 2b' and ceiling wall 2a of the cover 2.</p> |
