PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a drive torque matching to the intention of a driver while stably holding vehicle behavior in an acceleration slip control device for preventing a wheel from spinning in accelerating the vehicle. SOLUTION: When an excessive slip ratio is generated in a drive wheel, a traction control is implemented.
