<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject unit useful as a printer nozzle for an ink jet printer capable of preventing the separation of filler, etc., by constituting the same with a resin powder applying device having one or more rotary magnet rollers, a resin supplying part, an iron powder carrier for electric charging and conveying, a pre-heater for an adhesive, a heating and compressing machine and a washing and drying device for the adhered material. SOLUTION: This method of dry type adhesion is provided e.g. by rotating two magnet rollers 5 in a resin powder applying machine 4 for agitating an iron powder carrier 6 and a resin powder to cause a positive electric charge frictionally on the resin powder, conveying the powders on the rollers, and electrically attaching the iron powder carrier 6 and the resin powder on the surface of a material to be adhered 1 by bringing the negatively charged material to be adhered 1 close to the applying machine 4, although the iron powder carrier 6 remains on the magnet rollers 5 by a magnetic power, heating the material to be adhered 1 attached with only the resin powder by a pre-heater 9 for adhering and finally overlapping, heating and compressing plural materials to be adhered 1 for enabling their uniform adhesion.</p> |
