PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject metallized film excellent in boiling water resistance, antistaining properties and scratch resistance by providing a corrosion- resistant metallized layer on the single surface of transparent or opaque base material plastic and applying a silicone resin thereon. SOLUTION: A corrosion-resistant metallized film for a PVC steel panel is obtained by providing a corrosion-resistant metallized layer on the single surface of transparent or opaque base material plastic and providing a color layer thereon if necessary in order to protect and color the corrosion-resistant metallized layer and further forming a silicone resin layer on the surface of the color layer. As the silicone resin excellent in antistaining properties, scratch resistance and water barrier properties applied and formed on the color layer, a crosslinking acryl-silicone resin regularly forming a polysiloxane bond on an air layer interface becoming the uppermost surface after coating in a ladder state is used. This crosslinking acryl-silicone resin can enhance the surface physical properties of the PVC steel panel and can also synergistically enhance boiling water resistance. |
