<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a fiber molding from a foamed resin by which it is possible to smoothly collect the fiber molding obtained by making the foamed resin fibrous, and a device for manufacturing the fiber molding. SOLUTION: A foamed resin P is supplied to a cutting device 3 to cut it into shreds S, which are, in turn, supplied to a molding device 7 while the shreds S are weighed by a conveyance/weighting device 5. Further, the supplied shreds S are molded into a fiber molding F with the help of a molding device 7 and the fiber molding F is collected into a molding receiver 9. During this collection, a bar member 67 is protruded into a molding chamber 33 using a drive device 65 and the fiber molding F which is molded into a fibrous form by the bar member 67 and then is delivered into the molding chamber 33, is bound and arranged in order. Next, the bar member 67 is retracted by the drive device 65 in front of a suction pipe 69 to scrape the fiber molding F using a sheath member 63. Thus it is possible to collect the fiber molding F efficiently with the help of the suction pipe 69.</p> |
