PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure strength and rigidity from an aspect of planning supposing the adaptation of a filling and reinforcing material by measuring the temp. of the side surface of a car body member from the outside in a non-contact state, and confirming whether filling capacity is proper on the basis of the temp. difference between a filling part and a non-filling part. SOLUTION: When a two-pack type foaming material is injected from an injection hole 6, the foaming material advances toward a front pillar 3 at first while it is foamed and cured and subsequently spreads to a front side roof rail 2 and, during this period, the foaming material turns round an upper end part or a corner part to finally advance to the upper part of a front roof 1 to reach a limit position P. If the temp. of a panel at a filling side surface place is measured in a non-contact state within a range with the elapse of time after the two-pack type foaming material is injected and foamed to be cured, a filling part and a non-filling part can be distinguished by temp. difference. By this constitution, it can be confirmed whether filling capacity is proper and, at the same time, strength or rigidity from an aspect of planning can be ensured. |
