PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the one side welding equipment which can save the construction costs, etc., while automating a series of operation from one side welding of the welded steel board material to recovering and spraying the flux. SOLUTION: Installed in a pit 10 moving up and down freely by the elevator 9 is a backing flux spraying and recovery carriage 8 which sprays and recovers the backing flux against a backing copper plate 7a which forms the one side welding reverse bead on the welded steel board 2, 2. The backing flux spraying and recovery carriage 8 is stored in the pit 10 when the welded steel board material 2, 2 is moved, and after the welded steel board material 2, 2 is carried outside the equipment, the backing flux spraying recovery carriage 8 is advanced towards the backing copper plate 7a by the elevator 9. By this, a series of operation including the one side welding of the welding of the welded steel board material 2, 2, and recovering/spraying of the backing flux against the backing copper plate 7a after welding is automatically conducted. |
