The guide rail (2) has two roller (4) runner surfaces (41) on its top surface, and two ball-container grooves (51,61) on each side surface. A movable block (3) has a horizontal component (8) facing the guide rail top surface. A pair of side wing components (9) face the guide rail side surfaces. The horizontal component bottom has two roller-runner counter surfaces (42). The inner surfaces of the side wing components have two ball-runner counter grooves (52,62). Two rows of rollers are positioned between the two roller-runner surfaces of the top guide rail surface and the two roller runner surfaces of the horizontal component of the movable block face each other. Two rows of balls between the two ball-runner grooves of the guide rail side surfaces and the two ball runner counter grooves on the inner surfaces are in each gap between the side surfaces of the guide rail and the inner surfaces of the side wing parts.
