The system includes a light barrier unit (2) arranged above a bed (1). The light barrier unit consists of a infrared transmitter (21), a deflection reflector (4) and an infrared sensor (22) with a signal amplifier. A signal is generated when the infrared light beam (3) is interrupted and transmitted after coding and with a time delay to a remote arranged signal receiver having a decoding unit. The signal is then converted in an optical and acoustical signal. |
