PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten read time by performing requirement development based on item generation information obtained in a generation retrieval part, generating a required arrangement order and outputting the generated result to a file. SOLUTION: A component chart construction part 101 reads item information, an arrangement attribute, the item generation information and constitution information describing parentage constitution relation between the items and prepares a component chart for MRP (material required amount plan) calculation. Also, in a plan read part 102, the production plan of a final product/ component and established requirement information and established arrangement information as needed are read as input. By utilizing the read plan and the component chart, generation information corresponding to a processing object plan is retrieved in the generation retrieval part 106 of an MRP calculation part 103, the requirement development is performed based on the retrieved generation information, the required arrangement order is generated and the result of the generated arrangement order is filed in a file output part 104. |
