Preparation of filter dust material

Process for the preparation of filter dust material and enriching valuable components comprises disintegrating the composite containing metal particles, metal wires, plastic fibres, paper particles, plastic foil plates, and ceramic particles produced on processing and utilising electronic scrap. The disintegrated particulate mixture is sieved, the non-sievable granules removed, the sieved material particles separated out and moved through an electrostatic field. The electrostatically charged particles are separated as a consequence of different discharge duration of the particles. An apparatus for carrying out the process is also claimed.
