PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a phenomenon wherein the bearing that pivotally supports the rocking member of a rocking member supporting device partially abrades and burns, prolong the life of the bearing and improve the productivity of an equipment using the tool. SOLUTION: A rocking member-supporting device is provided with a rotation transmitting means which rotates a rocking member supporting shaft 3 connected to the inner ring of a bearing 30. The PV value of the mutual contact plane of the components that constitute the bearing 30 is reduced by rotating the rocking member supporting shaft 3, which is connected to the inner ring of the bearing 30. Thus, partial abrasion and burning phenomenon are eliminated, the life of the bearing 30 is remarkably prolonged and the productivity of an equipment using the device can be improved. |
