PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate and ensure registration of information on the location of a building, and to quickly identify the location of a building at the time of occurrence of an abnormality of facility equipment. SOLUTION: A building is provided with a portable equipment 30 having a building information inputting means 30c which inputs the information of a building, a GPS means 30b which detects the location of the building, and a transmitting means 30f which transmits the information of the location and the information of the building. A monitoring center 20 is provided with a map storing means 20h which stores the information of plural maps, a target position specifying means 20f which selects the information of a map stored in the map storing means 20h based on the information of the location, and specifies a target in the neighborhood of the building on the selected map, and a map mapping means 20g which allocates the location of the building on the selected map. Thus, it is not necessary for the staff of the monitoring center 20 to retriever or identify the location of a building at the time of registering the building on the map, and it is possible to display the target position in the neighborhood of the building at the time of the occurrence of an abnormality of facility equipment 2a-2n. |
