摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the substrate for the liquid crystal which can have a driver area, using a polycrystalline silicon TFT, formed on one substrate in a pixel area using an amorphous TFT, the liquid crystal panel, and their manufacture. SOLUTION: The manufacture of the substrate for the liquid crystal panel which has the pixel area 12 and driving circuits 14 and 16 on a 1st substrate 10 is disclosed. In a 1st process, pixels having amorphous TFTs 30 as switching elements and 1st electrode wiring groups 40 and 48 connected to the pixels are formed in the pixel area 12 on the 1st substrate 10, and a part which becomes a terminal is exposed as a 1st electrode exposure part 22. In a 2nd process, a 2nd substrate 100 is used to form polycrystalline silicon TFTs as active elements of the driving circuits 14 and 16 and a transferred layer 140 including a 2nd electrode wiring group connected thereto, and a part which becomes a terminal is exposed as a 2nd electrode exposure part 141. In a 3rd process, the transferred layer 140 is joined onto the 1st substrate 10 in the position relation wherein the 1st and 2nd electrode exposure parts 22 and 141 are electrically connected together. In a 4th process, the 2nd substrate 100 is removed from the transferred layer 140.</p>
