PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a wiring pattern easily and accurately by stretching an electric wire across a plurality of wiring pins which project from the surface of a wiring plate to wire it at a predetermined pattern, sticking the wired electric wire onto a transfer sheet for transferring, and then, releasing two chucks so as to separate the transfer plate from the wiring plate. SOLUTION: A movable portion 24 is moved along a predetermined route between projecting wiring pins 8, while feeding an electric wire 2. The electric wire 2 is stretched across the wiring pins 8, to be wired in a predetermined pattern. Subsequently, when reciprocating drive mechanisms 7 are driven and a scraping plate 6 is moved towards the tip of the wiring pin 8, the electric wire 2 is scraped off by the scraping plate 6 and then is stuck onto a transfer sheet 32 for transfer with a predetermined pattern kept. Next, two chucks of a wiring plate 1 are released, and a transfer plate 5 is descended, to be separated from the wiring plate 1. The scraping plate 6 is moved to the original position, and then the transfer sheet 32 is fed by a predetermined distance. |
