PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for supporting restoration from power system troubles, where an operator can freely select the restoration procedure of the trouble place to be restored to the original state, grasping the accurate system condition after the trouble. SOLUTION: The information on the on-line apparatus of a power system 1 is inputted into an electronic computer 3 and is stored in a received information file 3c. A system condition grasping processor 3g reads the received information fine 3c, and makes the system condition before the occurrence of a trouble, based on the facility data base 3d, and stores it in a pre-trouble system file 3e, and stores the result of the operation estimation of an off-line apparatus in an operation estimation file 3h, and further makes the system condition after the occurrence of a trouble, and stores it in a post-trouble system file 3f. The trouble place edition processor 3i stores the information of the place where the trouble has occurred in a trouble place file 3i. An inference engine 3k makes the restoration procedure separately for each trouble place from the information of the trouble place file 3u, and indicates it on a CRT display 5 via an i/o device 4. |
