<p>A DSP of a servo control circuit (2) finds the quantity of movement of a servomotor of each axis in every position/speed feedback cycle from the command quantity of movement of each axis fed from a main processor (1) in every distribution cycle. The DSP further finds a position correction value in accordance with pressure information sensed by a sensor (6). The DSP corrects the position correction value calculated for the quantity of movement and uses the corrected quantity of movement as a command quantity of movement to control the servomotor (4) by position/speed feedback.</p> |
