FIELD: railway track construction. SUBSTANCE: this relates to railway track arrangement. Clamp is made of bar produced from resilient material and is bent so as to form letter W in plan. It consists of seven arms which are of definite configuration. Holding device for this clamp accommodates means which make easier positioning of clamp and incorporate base member. Pair of clamp holding members are extending upwards with creation of opening and passages. Means contain supporting surface or protrusion. Rail fastening clamp interacts with supporting surface. One side of protrusion is inclined relative to longitudinal axis. Clamp holding device is located adjacent to rail flange. Enclosed part of clamp is located so that it can rest on rail foot in position of final mounting. Aforesaid arrangement of rail fastening components is aimed at simplification of mounting process.
