HYDRAULIC OSCILLATION DAMPER

摘要

FIELD: mechanical engineering; oscillation dampers. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic damper includes heads, sleeve filled with oil, fastening nut, working cylinder with guide bush, piston with rod mounted in working cylinder and bellows secured to upper head and to sleeve by means of clips. End portion of rod has at least two slots for receiving the dowel pin. Fastening clips are made in form of two bands; first half on one band has slot; second half of band consists of three sections: two sections have constant width and third section connecting the two first sections has varying width. One end portion of other band has at least one rectangular hole. Bent end of one band is received by its slot and by rectangular hole of other band. Other ends of bands have bending zones; they are reinforced by plates of varying length and are clamped together. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of damper due to modified construction. 3 dwg
