PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preclude photocatalyst particles from being removed from the binder layer and perform a sufficient effect of the catalyst by forming a structure of sticking photocatalyst particles on the base material surface via a binder layer, and forming the binder layer of material not being dissolved easily by a photocatalytic function of the photocatalyst particles. SOLUTION: A glazed layer 2 being material not being dissolved easily by a photocatalytic function of the photocatalyst particles is applied on the surface of a tile material 1 as a plate-like member forming a floor surface or ceiling surface. In the next place, anatase-type TiO2 particles 3 is sprayed in sol on the surface of the glazed layer 2 by means of spray or the like, then after heat-melting the glazed layer 2, it is subjected to a cooling and solidifying operation. Besides, TiO2 sol can be given a disinfection effect by applying Ag or the like. TiO2 sol is sprayed on the surface of the glazed layer 2, and in order not to be buried perfectly therein, TiO2 particles 3 come in the glazed layer 2 in its part and held in the glazed layer 2 with a state exposed in its other parts. |
