PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the heat-insulative property of a heat insulation sash, by providing a recessed groove widened at the depth at opposite faces in both indoor side and outdoor side sashes, forming projections enlarged at the front at both sides in the connection piece, inserting the projections into the grooves, and bonding the projections and the grooves with an adhesive. SOLUTION: As projections 6 enlarged at the front end at both sides of a connection piece 4 are inserted in recessed grooves 5 widened at the depth, at the opposite faces of both indoor side and outdoor side sashes in a window frame and a slide door, these can be firmly and mechanically connected. And further, as the protrusions 6 are inserted in the recessed grooves 5, the front ends 51, 52 are caulked into the recessed grooves 5, the distance of the front ends 51, 52 is shortened, and the projections 6 are held at the both front ends of the grooves 5, these are mechanically connected more firmly. And since both members are bonded with an adhesive, rainwater is prevented from penetrating into the gap between the recessed groove 5 and the projection 6. And hence, heat does not transfer together with air, and a heat insulation sash excellent in the heat insulative property can be obtained. |
