<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a discharge amount of dioxin in an incinerator, the combustion temperature of which is comparatively low, and especially in an existing incinerator. SOLUTION: Exhaust gas discharged from a combustion furnace through a water injection cooling device and a preheater is introduced to a constant pressure temperature reducing device 10 arranged between the preheater and a dust collecting device. Cooling is effected to 200 deg.C or less by an evaporation latent heat by atomized cooling water W injected through a two-fluid type nozzle 14 of the constant-pressure temperature reducing device 10. According to a pressure difference between the feed duct 12 side and the discharge duct 13 side generated through evaporation cooling, outside air is inputted to a supply duct 12 from an outside air introduction valve 22, and an influence exercised on a negative pressure by atomization cooling is eliminated. By adding the constant-pressure temperature reducing device 10 to an existing incinerator and since the temperature of exhaust gas is low and humidity is low, a bag filter is used in a dust collector to suppress the generation of dioxin.</p> |
